General Education Courses Not Recommended for Selection by This Department

In accordance with Article 3, Section 3 of our university's "Guidelines for the Selection of General Education Courses," which states: "If the name or content of a General Education course a student selects is similar to a required or elective course offered by their home department, the home department shall determine whether the course credit can be recognized as General Education credit." Therefore, the General Education courses not recommended for selection are listed below.

  7. Applied Statistics
  8. Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietary Therapy
  9. THE CORRECT WAY TO TAKE YOUR MEDICATION
  10. CONTEMPORARY BIOMEDICINE: UNDERSTANDING CANCER, IMMUNE, AND AGING
  11. SURFACE CHEMISTRY IN PERSONAL CARE AND HOUSEHOLD CLEANING PRODUCTS
  12. ADOLESCENT & CHILDREN'S HEALTH

 

Due to the large number of General Education courses, students are strongly advised to avoid selecting any General Education course whose nature is similar to the professional subjects offered by this department. If students have any questions about whether a selected course's credit will be recognized, please consult the Department Office!
